Genman Games provides FFFF : Fatal Five Finger Fillet (the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Game through Steam.
1. Information Collected by Genman Games
The Game does not require you to create an account with Genman Games.
We do not operate game servers for the Game and do not independently collect or store personal information, gameplay analytics, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, or usage telemetry through the Game.
The Game does not use advertising or tracking services. Although the Game is developed using Unity, we do not use Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, Unity Diagnostics, Cloud Diagnostics, or other Unity services for the purpose of collecting player data.
Save data generated by the Game is stored locally on your device, subject to the Steam Cloud functionality described below.
2. Steam and Steam Cloud
The Game supports Steam Cloud.
If Steam Cloud synchronization is enabled in your Steam client, save files designated for synchronization may be automatically uploaded to Steam's cloud storage and downloaded to your devices. This allows your saved game data to be backed up and synchronized between supported devices.
Steam Cloud is a service provided by Valve Corporation (“Valve”). The processing and storage of information by Steam, including Steam Cloud data and information associated with your Steam account, is governed by Valve's Steam Privacy Policy and other applicable Steam terms.
Genman Games does not operate Steam Cloud and does not maintain a separate copy of your Steam Cloud save files on servers operated by Genman Games. We do not access or retrieve your Steam Cloud save files outside the normal operation of the Game.
Steamworks may make certain Steam account-related information available to game developers, including information concerning ownership of the Game and information you choose to make public through your Steam profile. Genman Games does not use such information for advertising, profiling, or analytics, and does not independently store such information for those purposes.
You may disable Steam Cloud synchronization through the settings provided by Steam.
3. Information You Provide Directly to Us
If you contact Genman Games directly, for example by email for support or another inquiry, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, the contents of your message, and any files or technical information you choose to send.
We use this information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide support, maintain necessary records, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information sent directly to us is not used for advertising or profiling.
4. Sharing and Sale of Personal Information
Genman Games does not sell personal information.
Information that you provide directly to us may be processed by service providers used to operate our communications or support services, or disclosed where required by applicable law.
Steam and Steam Cloud processing is handled separately by Valve as described in Section 2.
5. Data Retention
Local save data remains on your device unless it is deleted by you or otherwise removed through the operation of your device or software.
Steam Cloud data is stored and managed through Steam and is subject to Valve's policies and retention practices.
Information that you provide directly to Genman Games will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was provided, including responding to your inquiry, providing support, maintaining necessary records, or complying with legal obligations.
6. Your Choices and Rights
You may disable Steam Cloud synchronization through Steam's settings.
For information processed by Valve through Steam or Steam Cloud, please refer to Valve's Steam Privacy Policy and the privacy and account-management tools provided by Steam.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding personal information that you have provided directly to Genman Games, including rights to request access, correction, or deletion. You may contact us using the information below to make such a request.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including when the Game, its features, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements change.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
